How Facility Rentals Work

Request Your Date: Click Request to Book below to select your time and fill out the reservation form. No payment is collected at this time.

Review & Approval: Our team reviews facility availability within 24–48 hours.

Once you receive approval from our staff, return to this page, scroll below the room options, and click 'Pay for Approved Rental Only' to submit your rental fee ($125 or $250).

Important: Online payments submitted without prior approval do not hold or guarantee a reservation date.
Note: A separate $50 refundable security deposit (cash or check only) is due in person upon key pickup.
